Small Porch
Small porch project including the demolition of the old, uneven, and crumbling cement stairs and the construction of a stable new synthetic lumber platform and stairs. The material choice was based on quality, aesthetics, and low maintenance. The project also included a railing around the perimeter of the stoop and dual handrails running down the stairs. The objective was not just curb appeal but also to provide greater accessibility on and off the porch for the owners, family, and guests.
